The Science Exploration Camp is the perfect opportunity for children between the ages of 10 and 13 to explore the wonders of science in a fun and engaging way. Our experienced instructors will guide your child through various hands-on experiments and activities, helping them develop a love for science that will last a lifetime. Our camps are tuition-for-service programs based on confirmed enrollments and secured deposits.

To secure your child's place in our program, we require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100 per session per child at the time of registration.

Full payment must be received no later than May 15th, 2024.

The price for each session includes extended care, a daily lunch, and an afternoon snack.

We look forward to having your child join us for a fun and enriching experience.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made before 6/1/2024 will be refunded in full. 

  • Cancellations made after 6/2/2024 will be refunded only if your space is filled by a wait-listed camper, otherwise no refund on the tuition price can be given. 

  • Refunds are unavailable for vacations, special events, three or fewer days of illness, or other personal commitments that prevent attendance. 

  • A refund may be available for extended illness of four or more consecutive program days.  A doctor’s note and written note from the parent or guardian explaining the situation must be received within seven days from the first day of absence.

What to Bring

We recommend that campers dress in comfortable clothing that considers the high summer temperatures in the Pomona area. Please ensure that your camper arrives with the following:

  • Tennis shoes for light walking to Center Pointe for lunch

  • Refillable Water Bottle

Lunch

Cal Poly Pomona's Center Pointe Dining Common provides various tasty options, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals. Campers are sure to find something that is healthy and balanced for their lunch.  

Extended Care
(Included in Price)

At Top-Notch STEAM Academy Summer Camp, we understand that families have different schedules. We offer an extended care program to accommodate families' daily schedules. Our counselors engage campers in board games, reading, and team activities during Morning Care (7:30-9:00 am) and Afternoon Care (3:30-6:15 pm) programs.
