TNSA Language Learning Model
The summer camp will use a 50/50 Mandarin and English language instructional model, which means every day students will use English to learn for 50 percent of the time and use Mandarin to learn for the other 50 percent of the time.
One English teacher and one Mandarin teacher will work together with your child in listening, speaking, reading and writing for both languages.
Building Creativity Through Art and Music
Top-Notch STEAM Academy Summer Camp also uses the Orff Approach, which combines music, movement, drama, and speaking skills into summer camp lessons that are similar to a child's world of play to develop children’s creativity through music and art.
Teachers use inquiry-based learning to boost students' engagement
in learning STEAM knowledge.
Students will develop research questions on the learning theme
through the teacher's guidance.
Students will have the opportunity to share what they’ve learned,
and reflect on their learning.
